Mors
Mors, bloodwine or worm ale is an alcoholic beverage made and primarily consumed by suoli. It uses a base of rye whiskey and a special fermented ingredient: the main inhabitant of Heresh's mudflats, the bloodworm.Bloodworms are boiled until they disintegrate into a nutritious goo, then fermented and watered down with whiskey, making Mors a rather rich and filling beverage to consume. Ardi think of Mors as utterly repugnant concoction that carries a certain rotten, fishy taste, but for suoli it is a staple between meal and drink.
